  The Period House Store has helped transform our Victoria home, with the quality items we have purchased from them.. They advice and explain the best direction to go, to achieve the finish we would like and to date the results are perfect....... We hope soon to visit the show room for more items .....

  After a lot of research on the internet looking for Cast Iron Radiators, we decided to pay Period House Store a visit. It was well worth the 2 hour drive. We were offered a Coffee and then Emma spent an hour with us going through the finishes and helped us get the sizes we needed. They have a great website but being slightly senior in years we wanted to see them in the flesh as well. Several of the other sites we looked at didn't have a proper showroom. We are now in receipt of the fabulous radiators which look truly outstanding in our Georgian property.

  Love my taps, they absolutely finish my bathroom off. My only problem was the delivery of the taps was delayed on several occasions. This was nothing to do with Period House Store as the taps were being delivered directly from the manufacturers, however Period House Store have the most amazing customer service, even though this wasn't their problem the staff went out of their way to sort this problem out for me. They apologised for the problem with delivery but this really wasn't their fault and they had no need to apologise to me. What the staff did do was chase the delivery for me, calling me back with information when they said they would, and they spoke to the manufacturer about changing their delivery service, all above and beyond what they needed to do. Thank you so much for excellent customer service its so nice when a store goes out of their way to help you, it gives you faith in people again, excellent customer service is often a rarity these days so thank you for all you help. I would most definitely use Period House Store again.

  Amazing service, we ordered our Shower and taps early afternoon and they arrived the following morning ! Sarah was very helpful making sure the shower worked in our new bathroom layout. We highly recommend Period House Store.

  All guests to my house comment on the radiators I bought at the this store. Beautiful old style radiators with a modern twist and the choice of colours was unexpected and top quality. Service, knowledge about the product and after sales was also very impressive.
