  During the grief of losing my only brother. a close family friend recommended personal touch. While the proceedings were being managed under Miss Pauline. At times I felt a lack of compassion in the way she worked. Putting that aside I did not appreciate the unprofessional and ignorant attitude that she displayed during the printing of my brothers memory book. Mistakes were made and issues were highlighted yet Pauline refused to address them and correct them after payment. The end result was unsatisfactory and options limited us as the relatives from making it a treasured family possession. I don't look to put down personal touch as a business I simply ask that they increase their efforts for future clients, Bless.

  When my mother-in-law passed away we went to personal touch and met a amazing lady called Pauline, She did everything for us and was so helpful and caring we couldn't ask for anyone better. Pauline and her team made it easy for us and we didn't have to worry about anything. We would like to thank you for all you have done......

  I would like to say a big Thank you to everyone at Personal Touch Funeral Parlour, especially Pauline. When my Aunty Pearl passed away suddenly earlier this year, Pauline handled everything with such genuine kindness and professionalism. She was simply fantastic. Personal Touch made all the arrangements for my aunts repatriation to Jamaica, where she wanted to be laid to rest. From the order of service, the flights, the funeral parlour arrangements in Jamaica, and the transportation of my aunty Pearl to the church on the day of the funeral. They arranged and handled it all and made everything so stress free for the family, which was greatly appreciated at such a difficult time. Eventhough everything had to be done at short notice, the day was beautiful and went smoothly, thanks to Personal Touch. Pauline is extremely professional, but caring and compassionate at the same time. She was more like a dear friend, than someone just doing their job. A rare gem indeed. I would not hesitate to recommend Personal Touch Funeral Parlour to anyone needing to arrange a funeral for their loved one. Thank you again to Pauline and everyone at Persona Touch.   I cannot say thank you enough to Pauline and the team at The Personal Touch in London for the outstanding service provided at such short notice during a very sad time for us. The flowers provided I could not get anyway else and Pauline was very efficient all requirements met straight away with fast delivery arranged in time. The pricing was extremely reasonable also. Amazing quality. Thank you again
