  Appalling! We were given a date 2 weeks after the survey and when my agent went the day after it was supposed to have commenced to see how the work was progressing nothing at all had happened. No rational explanation was forthcoming therefore we cancelled the project and, having already lost 2 weeks rental and well into a third week, my agent has had to rush around to find someone who does want to work. Meanwhile my 35% deposit which I consider extremely high has been languishing in their bank since 4th January and despite several phone calls I have not been advised of a date when it will be returned, hopefully with interest, or better still, just put straight into my bank as I did theirs in good faith. The good people who are now working hard on my behalf deserve prompt payment, there is no excuse whatsoever for holding my money. Not at all amused. Now, three weeks later my deposit has finally been returned minus a survey fee of £108! How lucky they are I am such a nice person and will not bother to try and recover that and my 3 weeks missing rent. Deal with these people at your peril.

  Not wholly satisfactory. Appointment made for 0900hrs on 15 April. At 0930 no call or contact to say the representative had been delayed. Tried to call published phone number, waited for over 5 minutes for call to be answered .... no response apart from apologetic recorded message. Very disappointed.
