  Always love visiting the store to visit the animals and buy products for my pets . Always well stocked only disadvantage is when I come to buy live food for my bearded dragon the live food always appear to be dead on the shelf and when I have bought some in the past they don't survive very long so I now go elsewhere to buy the live food.

  Pets at Home have very good offers. They have huge varieties of pet products and the staff is absolutely lovely.

  Great choice when it comes to pet foods, toys and training aids. Staff are usually helpful and reasonably knowledgeable about the products on offer. A tad expensive but the only place where you can get proper healthy grain free food for dogs other than online.

  From fish to cats & dogs & a large cross section of the pet kingdom in between. It's a large store with a big selection of petware. I've always been able to find what I need or get some advice on what I do need. The only gripe is it's fairly expensive. Plenty of free parking. Plus there's a customer lift up to the feline department. The staff are lovely.

  Called in on Saturday 13/5/2017 to purchase approximately £80.00 of dog food. Needed a trolley but had no pound coins on me. Asked a member of staff to change a £10.00 note for the trolley and was told she could not open the till until somebody made a purchase. I waited for the next two customers who both paid by card so she could not open the till until somebody paid by cash ! After the 3 rd customer paid by card I left without purchasing anything at all because I could not get change to put into the trolley. Very poor customer service.
