::Called up to query a delivery. The manager on the phone was rude, short and quite aggressive with his tone. He didn't represent the company well at all. Looking at other reviews here it appears others have had the same experiences with him. I will not use this shop again.

::Got a full bed room set off them we've had screws fall out so then the brackets bent and the door fell off. There's screw put in badly so that the wood has split would never buy from them again .

::Absolutely disgusting told me my head board would be delivered Wednesday took day off work stayed in all day no call no head board apparently it hasn't come inn they said would be Friday dinner so I took half a day off work waited till half 4 rang them for some guy to be cocky and vile said I could have it in purple!! What the hell no apology nothing rude vile customer service unreliable now trying to get my deposit back 😈 never again should of paid the 20 quid and got it from Berrys beds !!!!!

::Horrendous experience... My mother purchased a single divan with storage for my granddaughters birthday, upon delivery and after a long while with the delivery men trying to get it up the stairs they gave up telling my son to call Darren the next day to sort it out. I called Darren and explained the situation also telling him the bed had been chipped by the delivery men. This man was very rude and not concerned with the problem at all, point blank refused to help and refused to give us a refund. all he wanted to do was charge 125 for making the bed smaller... we would of taken an exchange for a smaller bed but he would not hear of it... I work in retail and i was shocked and upset with this mans attitude. This bed was not cheap and my mother was told it was a standard bed and should go up any stairs. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP... unless you like being robbed and talked to like your rubbish and being called a liar by this very rude man. we will be in touch with trading standards...

::If your after good quality furniture I would say this place is the best in Blackpool. Brand new flat packed wardrobes etc which they assemble for you upon delivery for a hassle free transaction.
