  I have not been to the shop, but I had a very abrupt, rude phone call, that lasted less than 10 seconds.

  I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered a bunch of yellow flowers for £35. What arrived was a small bunch of half dead red flowers which I wouldn’t pay £5 for in a supermarket. When I called to complain they said there was nothing wrong with the flowers, hung up and switched off their phone. Do not use these guys.
