I just want to say that our experience at Pine and Needles in Brick Lane was beyond brilliant. We were served by Merry (Meridith) who was beyond helpful and extremely lovely. She is an embodiment of the Christmas spirit and put two huge smiles on our faces. We were made to feel very comfortable and had more than a few laughs. It really got me in the festive mood and I hope Mary and all the staff at Pine and Needless have a wonderful Christmas and New Year.

Visited the site at shoreditch, great range of trees and happy with the choice by an excellent team, David & Robbie , whom took time to tell me about the different types of tree's as well as the after care, was not pushy nor rude but was polite and helpful, l , i will definitely recommend to friends and family where to buy the trees from PINES&NEEDLES!! Keep up the good work, Seasons Greetings...

Incredible customer service from Merry and Matt. Answered all our questions and helped us pick the right tree; even offering to show us the back stock nearby that was yet to be brought out. Huge smiles on their faces despite the freezing temperatures, getting Christmas well and truly kick started. Thank you!

Purchased a beautiful tree at your Brick Lane location. Merry, Sim & Matthew were all super friendly and helpful. Merry even helped us saw off some of the base and unwanted branches - all whilst battling the snow. Will definetly be back next year.
