::Had lunch after my castle visit today. The food was amazing, however the layout is odd, having to ask the chefs where to go,as no one else downstairs. They also didn't have chocolate fudge cake as it was 'in the oven'. Service was very average.

::The hostess refused to give us the table when you had empty an empty one. Asked us to go down and wait. Asked her: if we are going down, will you give the empty table to the people who are waiting after us? She was not a awering the question, and speaking on a very bad tone, she was shouting. Today 24th of Feb 2018. You should teach her what's customer service about. Thanks

::It was terrible. There was only one waitress available and then her manager who was also working. Both had a hard time understanding what others were saying and getting people to understand them. They murmured a lot. And then the food took forever to arrive (at least 30 minutes per table) for every course. I travel to Coventry a lot and there's a pizza van outside near the shopping centre. It charges £2.95 for a pizza of the same size as the one I bought today, and the man makes it in front of you in about 5 minutes. His pizzas taste a lot better than the one Pizza express made in 40 minutes and charged £9 for. His pizzas also don't have hairs in them.

::What happened to adding your own pepper? All our pizzas were overloaded with pepper so they were really horrible. Please go back to making it an optional extra, then we can come back! Used to be the best in town, sadly not any more!

::Visited early on a Saturday lunchtime with our 2 year old and they were great. Quick to take our order, attentive to our son and were quick to react when we had finished our courses. Just the sort of service we hope for with a young family and the food was good as well.
