  Never again bad service kept us waiting for more than 40 minutes for our order to come not acceptable we had to ask the waiter for our food they said they forgot to put the bill in but that’s not our problem the margarita pizza I ordered for my 2 little ones barely had any cheese on it looked like they were falling short on cheese them charging £8.95 for that it’s ridiculous plus it was a small size the other pizza Padana wasn’t that good at all on the menu it sounds tasty but overall the food was rubbish should of gone to Mc Donald’s next door would of got the food quick and service would of been much better than these jokers.

  Our pizza express was shocking. We're a family of four and we went and ordered our meals. After 45 minutes of waiting i asked the waiter how much longer should we wait and then we got told that our order has been 'lost'. And we still had to pay for our drinks afterwards. Awful.

  My partner and I ordered a pizza to share as we just felt like a little snack We ordered 2 sides and a pepperoni pizza but wanted a half and half option . I wanted to replace the pepperoni with just peppers and onions , which obviously is a cheaper option for them . The pizza came half pepperoni and half peppers and onions which was exactly what we wanted. Can’t believe when the bill came they charged us for a full pepperoni pizza plus £3.60 extra for a bit of onion and peppers , it wasn’t extra it was replacing the pepperoni. Couldn’t be bothered complaining as we hadn’t realised until after we’d paid , we didn’t leave a tip and we won’t be back .

  This is a somewhat belated review as we visited in April 2017. That said, I just wanted to state how delighted my wife and I were with the whole experience. The staff were excellent, the food and service great, and Matt the manager went out of his way to make our evening one to remember. Thank you all and thank you Matt. We will be visiting you again early July 2017

  Accommodated us easily despite our last minute joining of parents in law. Added our pizzas to the order and we didn't have to wait much longer than those who were there first. Excellent pizza (had the new special- spicy and tasty) and service, impressive. I liked the location and the world going past.
