  Just had my first Pizza Hut for years and sad to say it was totally bland! We had to sprinkle salt over it, the dough was totally lacking seasoning. My wife's vegetable toppings were pretty much raw, she described it as salad pizza. Slice cutting was pretty poor too.

  Ordered 2x cookie dough desert. Burnt is putting it nicely. Not bothering with this place again.

  Was waiting 5 mins for collection but was compensated well for wait, good customer service

  Pizza Hut is getting rubbish these days. Too over priced. They use to be good in the 90's and their pizzas were brilliant and tasty. There are much better pizza places out there that are affordable prices. If you order too early they will warm up a yesterdays pizza for you and just put extra cheese on to hide it. You can always taste it in the crust to see if its fresh. Buyers beware.

  An incomplete order. 2 x desserts missing. Sauce Missing. So far have called 4 times and the phone has rung out but the true ugliness in their customer service is that five times (so far) the phone has been picked up and put down without answering. Bizarre behaviour from such a huge organisation. I want my money back. I feel tricked!
