::Worst Pizza Hut I have ever come. Delivery took 1 and half hour food was freezing cold when it arrived still waiting refund it’s been over 2 weeks no sign for it.

::ABYSMAL service - ordered a Pizza from Pizza Hut Delivery in Stockbridge, nothing for 1 hour 45 mins, called them 8 times and no one answered, called customer service to cancel order and they hung up after 6 minutes on hold, now I have to wait 16 days to get my refund. Now down money for 16 days for nothing. Avoid at all costs.

::First time from ordering here, we got the wrong pizza, when we phoned up to tell them the girl was very rude on the phone and said we have the correct pizza, although I was standing in front of a ham and pineapple pizza!! When we ordered ham and mushroom. I could also barely understand the girl on the phone! Anyway the second pizza came 45mins later, and wasn't very good. Should of stuck with the other pizza place!

::Pickup: I ordered online for a local pickup, I arrived at the local Pizza Hut at the time I was told the Pizzas would be ready. I then had to wait another 30 minutes for my Pizzas. Really another 30 minutes. Home Delivery: I ordered for home deliver and was given a time for the delivery. The Pizzas were "over" an hour late. Thats 1.5hours after I ordered. I tried calling throughout this period and the local Pizza Hut phone either rang out or they lifted the phone and hung up on me. Customer Services: I phoned Customer Services and they said they would deal appropriately with my complaint, they refused to say what that was but they would deal with it "appropriately". I've waited 9 days and nothing from them at all !!!

::Ordered a pizza 2 hours in advance. phoned after 15 minutes late, turns out they had not even made the order. staff were apologetic and offered money off next order but gave no method for me to do so, seems like empty promise. going to miss cinema now.
