  PIZZA HUT CHELTENHAM ROAD BRISTOL By fare gone down hill I whoulden even give it a 1 star sort it out pizza hut Order my food an I ask what is the delivery time I'm told a max of 45 so i carry on an order Waite 50 an ring up speak to the rgm restaurant General manager To be told load a s**t . One he rises his voice at me Two he said order was on its way Witch I said I live only 5 min away max by car or moped Three he said I can't get hold of driver as he driving to deliver my food but I can have it free as bye this time my order is 45 min late Four Once the nice driver arrived he was sorry I ask have you got any miss call as manager said he tryed call 3 times he look at said no an he said my order was free I checked my food an was warm still no way it was on road for 45/ 50 min So ovv manager was talking pure s**t PIZZA HUT NEED TO 'RE TRAINE IT STAFF AN COMMUNICATE WITH COSTOMER IF ORDER ARE GOIN TO BE LATE -10 * THE SCARE AS LET DOWN NOT ONLY WITH FOOD BUT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECOMMEND NOT TO ORDER FROM HERE AT THIS TIME

  Yeah so this place has sunk lately. Ordered a few times from this place and it's either been okay or below average but as of late, it's kind of hard to justify spending any money in a place that doesn't seem too fussed on your custom or the quality of their own goods. It's like you're hoping to get lucky as to which manager picks up the phone which isn't ideal in any scenario. Penultimately, you're best off avoiding this place until it sorts itself out or until the branch manager gets a performance review.

  Because of this store, Pizza Hut will never get a single penny out of me again. They have no idea about customer service. I’m still sat here 2 hours later with no food. In particular, Dean is a terrible employee/manager/whatever he is. I’m willing to bet his disgusting attitude has something to do with all these bad reviews. I’ve never ordered from here where I’ve had my full order!!!!

  I ordered online and the co formation said it would take 25-30 minutes... 2 hours and 14 phone calls later still no pizza. For some reason they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. The tracker said it was out for delivery for about 65 minutes before we called customer services who assured we’d receive a refund. Ordered from dominos which arrived in 30 minutes, are it and then suddenly received a pizza from Pizza Hut! About 3 hours after we ordered it. Never again

  DONT ORDER FROM HERE - 2 hours later and still no pizza! Have requested a refund (from customer services of Pizza Hut because this store doesn’t answer the phone) and have ordered from dominoes. Save yourself some time and get it from there straight away!!
