  I ordered two pizzas (simple ones margherita and meat feast) and I have had bad pizzas in my life, these two are taking two spots in the podium. The delivery guy knocked at my door like The SWAT team was about to knock it down

  First time we otded pizzas were squished in the box. Second time tonight absolutely terrible promises 30 min delivery or you get a 10 pound voucher for next order. Well no sign after 45 min. Called and told they delivered to wrong place they making new pizzas an be here in 15 min. I reminded them about the voucher and she said she would send it with pizzas. So waiting waiting waiting, in total an hour and a half. No voucher in sight and definitely not worth the wait. Greasy tasteless and just rubbish left most of it. So not to bothered about the voucher as we won't be ordering again

  Do not order any food from this Pizza Hut or any other Pizza Hut, this is why: our friends found some strange objects in the pizza they ordered from Pizza Hut Battersea, some of the objects were definately glass splinters and a strange smelling fluid, however we still ordered from Pizza Hut for home delivery hoping that was just a one off, 2 hours after ordering, I spoke to the man at the Pizza Hut Battersea branch to ask where the delivery was, the person I spoke with who answered the phone, put it this way, the person did not have much service industry skills or telephone manner, he explained the situation very badly regarding out of stock products, at which point I decided to cancel the order and asked for a refund, with no appology the person at the end of the phone hung up, I phoned back, informed the person that the phone got disconnected, he swore at me, I then asked to talk to the manager so I could make a complaint, at which point the person informed me that he was the manager. I then phoned Pizza Hut head office, who were just as bad, in fact handled things very badly, said I would get a refund in 10 to 15 days time, to this date I am still awaiting for a refund, 8 months after. My advice is avoid Pizza Hut, the whole company seem to be run in a very bad way, because of this, how can you trust them with your food, goodness knows what you are actually eating, be warned!!

  Shocking from Pizza Hut at Battersea. After an hour of waiting I called for them to say it was on its way. Called again after 30mins and still no pizza they said the traffic was bad and whilst I was on the phone the delivery driver turned back up at the shop with our pizzas. The person on the phone then put it down. We called back asking for the manager and a male answered calling me 'fam' and the phone went down again. I called back again asking for the managers name, I was given the name Anna. Taking Mick out of customers, clearly don't care, joke of a place. Please no one buy from here. I'm only giving them 1 star due to them actually managing to answer the phone in the first place!

  incredible late delivery, its been 2hrs 30 mins and my food is not here, theyre giving me an excuse that the driver couldnt find the location. very very disgusting behaviour and the manager seems to be extremely uneducated. never going to use them again
