::Slow inattentive staff. Doesn’t look as if there is anyone in control. There seems to be more staff than customers. It looks like a slow motion movie as i look around.

::We almost didn't come here because of the bad reviews, but we wanted to try the new vegan cheese pizza. Service was great, did not experience anything like previous reviews. Very friendly and attentive. Vegan cheese was good too!

::Hair in food and a management who didn't care. Wife found the hard way a long black hair in her pizza slice. Management didn't speak to me or even get eye contact when I am stood a meter way. Just threw a matter of fact discount of 10 pounds off a 40 pound meal that we couldn't eat. The serving girl took my phone number but they never called me after 2 weeks, so realised token gesture. Horrible place that is mismanaged - staff were lovely and tried. Other issues that I could overlook, contaminated food is not one.

::I’m really surprised this Pizza Hut restaurant would still survive. We have only been here twice , missing order twice. The pizza was absolutely the worst I’ve ever had in my entire life. A Very bad managed restaurant, No hospitality manor. I would rather have had McDonald’s instead!

::Situated within a large food court along with others like KFC and McDonalds as well as loads of other restaurants but the only one where you can't let kids take in other foods. All the rest of the places let you purchase and eat other people's food as long as majority are ordering from them but pizza hut turned away a party of 6 because son had a McDonalds. That meant 5 paying customers turned away. All others in the food court allow this. Terrible policy. Also try to charge for water so make sure you check your bill.
