  Really disgusted at the attitude of one of the staff members at the branch on new street Birmingham I believe her name to be Georgia, perhaps a little more politeness would have been appreciated. Yet another member of staff named Martini couldn’t do enogh to accomadate. Talk about opposites. I’m guessing Martini’s has training and Georgina has not. Thanks Martini for your kindness and effort. I was sure not to miss out on a pizza today so went to Carlucious instead.

  Went at lunchtime and took advantage of the buffet offer. Access is down a relatively steep set of steps, with no lift that I could see, so will be extremely difficult for pushchairs and wheelchairs. Buffet ran out of pizzas several times, but probably a reflection on how popular the buffet offer is. Good selection of pizza flavours, when they were there.

  It's looked nearly the same for years, clearly an "if it's not broke don't fix it" outlook. Comfortable family restaurant. Consistent customer service

  El buffet de medio día no es nada del otro mundo. Al menos el personal es realmente simpático y agradable, están pendientes y sonrientes.

  El peor pizza hut que he conocido. El servicio y la limpieza se podría mejorar.
