::Just tried to bank my business money at the business desk,but the guy who worked there,refused as I didn't have the book to tick the notes.i have been banking my money for over 7 years all over UK no one ever asked me for book as my transactions is really small as max 300 pounds,most of them coins. Anyway I said I would do it next time,but he said no you need to do it now.so no, will never go back again

::Post Office and WHSmith may share the same unit but you cannot buy an envelope and a stamp at the Post Office. You MUST buy the envelope at a WHSmith till before you buy your stamp for the envelope at the Post Office.

::Went in on the 26 June 17 to renew driving licence. Told they did not have camera to use to take photo. Told they were expecting in at some time but didn't know when. Told her I would ring to ask if it was in yet and she said ok. No telephone no to ring though. Hopefully can get it done before licence runs out as this is only post office in Norwich where I can get it done. Bad service.
