  I had some champagne flutes engraved for my wedding and the standard of work was good, the time scale was good and I got exactly what I wanted.

  I've just had some engraving carried out Premier Engraving and I am extremely please with it. Not only that, the service I received From Francis was great, he explained everything and advised me on what would work best. Overall, a very good experience. Thank you.

  Failed to follow detailed instruction on engraving presents for a wedding, ruined 5 items and refused to pay to replace them. He took short cuts on all the items rather than doing as agreed. I would not trust him to engrave a pets collar. Go somewhere else.
