  Ok hotel apart from there seems to be a problem with the room door locks. Tried to unlock the door about 5 times, failed, so went to reception to get a new key. No better: took 8 goes to open the door. I thought it was just me but colleague had same problem and I later saw a guy in the corridor with the same problem. Breakfast was good😉

  Ideally situated in the city in the Cathedral quarter of Belfast with may great historical pubs only meters away along with great places to dine out to. Very easy access to the city centre and only a 15min walk from the Titanic museum. The hotel staff are welcoming and friendly and are happy to help and guide you on any questions you may have. The hotel itself is clean and tidy and what we'd say it's ok for a few nights away.

  Grand if you are going for one night and even then l found it expensive enough for a Wednesday night. It has a shower & a toilet inside a cubicle with your sink and mirror outside. Health and safety or HIQA wouldn't be too happy. Parts of breakfast fine, cereals and stuff but when it came to the fry very oily or greasy

  Check in was very welcoming. Rooms are clean and bright. Had breakfast and it was great. Good variety of food.

  Room was clean and tidy. Beds are super comfy. Only complaint was that the room was cold due to a draft coming through the window and the was a lot of traffic noise st night. Food was also very nice and reasonably priced.
