  Basic accommodations for a reasonable price. Everything worked, the staff was lovely and helpful, and the breakfast was actually pretty good. The toilet flushed weird, but it is definitely not a deal breaker.

  I only attended the bar area for drinks with guests of the hotel. Not great service to be honest. Just 1 woman on the reception and bar and was more interested in sitting at the desk than coming to serve drinks behind the bar and there was only our table of 4 in the place. When she did eventually come to take out order she was quite rude and abrupt. Rated 2 star as the drinks were priced fair and was a good pint of Guinness.

  My wife and I love this place. The staff are brilliant they made us feel at home from day one. Room,bar and service were all very good. Night shift printed our boarding passes as we had an early flight. Can't wait till our next visit.

  Great hotel with amazing staff. I checked into the hotel for a one night stay, and straight away I felt welcome. The staff where very kind, informative and happy to help anyone with a question. Severing breakfast from 4am to 11am, with lots of choices. Choices like cereal, toast, scones, croissants, full fry and fruit. All maybe and ready to serve your self. Also had a coffee machine so you could pick which ever coffee you would like. The room was very nice with a choice of firm or soft pillows. Good size room with air conditioning, TV and a phone. The bathroom was also quite nice, it had a shower, toilet and sink. The hotel also had free WiFi, a computer down stairs and a vending machine filled with snacks. The bed was comfortable, yet the air conditioning was quite loud and maybe me a little nervous but you can just switch it off. Would recommend to anyone passing through Belfast.

  I normally stay at the Premier Inn in the Cathedral Quarter which is a pretty good location but has a rather soulless bar and reception area (even though the staff are lovely). I thought I would try this Premier Inn instead as the Cathedral Quarter one is so close to a whole load of good restaurants that you don’t really get to walk your meal off properly after a meal. This one is about a 10-15 minute walk from there so just right. Other attractions of this hotel are that this area is much quieter and his Premier Inn has proper bathrooms whilst the Cathedral Quarter one only has tiny shower cubicles and, it seems bigger and better TVs. My stay was great. Comfortable, quiet and in a great location (you are around another 10 min walk to the so called “golden mile” where there is a rat of other restaurants to try out. I will probably stay here again for the reasons already outlined above.
