  Stayed here for a weekend break and was extremely happy with everything except the breakfast. The staff were really nice throughout the stay and checked us in early too. The hotel is ideally situated for visiting the Titanic Museum and the W5. It's a short walk from the centre of Belfast and the train station too. The room was very big and the bathroom had a full size bath. The only downside was the breakfast which had a small selection and was slow to be restocked. For what we paid for breakfast we were disappointed but everything else was very good.

  Great stay. Lovely rooms. Right beside the odyssey arena! I ordered dominos pizza and the hotel was extremely accommodating! But.. Just be careful of the car park ! The hotel own one side and the other side is private and total rip off and some cars have even got clamped!

  The beds were very comfy and the food that was there was very tasty, but everything else just screamed "I Don't care". After paying for breakfast we came down about 40 minutes before it was due to close, only to find there was no tea or coffee left, not to mind rashers, Eggs, Toast, Plates, Cups and the list goes on. Even when we checked into the hotel there was a fault with a sensor in our room and the hotel manager hadn't even the courtesy to wait for two seconds to answer the door. not a nice feeling trying to sleep and you have randomers barging into the room. and then the next 40 minutes of attempted sleep was continuously interrupted by the same manager trying to drag ladders into our room. This not caring attitude was evident throughout any of the staff who worked there, as every staff member I seen looked miserable. The really good point is the location as it is right beside the SSE Arena for shows and the Titanic Experience.

  You can’t really go wrong with this hotel if you weight the comfort, cleanliness and price. Our stay was excellent and the staff really make us feel welcomed. It was close to were we need to be for work and only a short taxi ride away to the fun bit of town. I would stay here again.

  Lovely, helpful staff. We were too hot in our bed and should have asked for a lighter weight duvet. We will next time. The food was great if you don't mind the wait; which we don't. If you are there to see a show at the sse Arena - there is a special menu which is served from 5-8pm and I would recommend that you book as early as possible; they could probably do with an extra chef on show nights, to be honest. With all this mind, we would stay there again.
