::The staff were great and the rooms themselves were really modern, spacious and sooo clean. Just the reception is a little off putting as its a bit small and the kitchens are right there so you get all the kitchen smells, but a great hotel in a great location

::How do I invoke my good nights sleep guarantee? Fire alarm goes off, Rush out of bed, run down to reception... AND get told not to worry, someone is showering with the door open!?!?!? It’s a F.I.R.E alarm, not STEAM alarm! Besides that, in the two nights I have been here on both nights the restaurant had run out of food. Funny, since I was one of the first in there... not happy.
