  Lovely hotel. I only gave it 3 stars because no parking. When you are carrying overnight bags and have been in a car for hours you don't want to add a 10 minute walk from a municipal car park onto your journey. £8 for 24 hours but if you drive out of the car park you nullify your ticket and need to pay again. Luckily not far from city centre and plenty to see and do without needing your car

  Great location for the city centre, fantastic pubs right on the doorstep. Rooms were clean and comfortable, décor could do with revamp. Breakfast in the morning had great selection and service was with a smile. Of note all the staff showed interest and willing. Enjoyable stay

  Room was clean and serviced, however drain in bath/shower was partially blocked and slow flowing so wouldn't drain away properly while taking a shower. Tea and coffee was available in room but not enough sugar left for more than one cup (2 tea bags, 2 coffees, just 3 milks and just 2 sachets of sugar). Window also would not open so room was a bit 'stuffy' at times. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good value for money..... Continental breakfast was a bit limited but the cooked breakfast was great. Limited parking at this Premier Inn (£6 per 24 hours), but the parking it has got is secure. Would definately stay again!👍

  Ideal location, 200-300 meters from Chester rail station. Rooms small and compact, but enough for what we needed. Close to nightlife, but too close. Staff helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

  The hotel is in a brilliant location close to the railway station and the city centre. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and warm. The bed was comfortable and lovely pillows. Our room overlooked the main road but it wasn't noisy. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will be back here very soon.
