  Given 4 stars as service at dinner was slow and the staff were not organised (only around 24 customers at the time). The room was clean and very comfortable.

  In the time I spent there, the staff were great and the room really good! I was able to find my way around the city from there quite easily with good directions from the staff!

  Bit of a strange layout and tricky to find when walking from the station. It's clean, well kept and the staff I came across where professional and helpful. Room cards where a nightmare. For done reason they weren't easy to swipe and took several patient attempts to work. Room was clean and well set out. Done road noise, but not enough to be too bothersome. Bed was okay, about a 7/10 for comfort with good bedding. Good temperature for sleeping. Kettle in the room with enough to make two cups of tea or coffee. Well priced and comfortable stay.

  The rooms are nice and the bed is comfy. Extra pillows in the room and the bathroom had a great shower with a good mirror and light for makeup application. Staff were excellent, especially in the restaurant. Really made me feel welcome and were empathetic to my feelings as I was missing home. Definitely recommend the hotel.
