  Perfect location for theatre show. Room was fine for what we needed with an amazing view of the city. Most helpful reception staff. Restaurant was way better than expected but service was really slow, taking 40 mins to be served.

  Typical premier Inn. Nice staff. Room was clean for the most part, plenty of rust around the taps in the bathroom. Good value though.

  Have stayed at many Premier Inn hotels have to say this is the worst ever. Booked a family room which was very small large double bed with 2 single camp beds very uncomfortable very small bathroom no place to put your toiletries, the room was very cold. Staff on reception very friendly however the staff at breakfast not very pleasant or helpful. We stayed at the Buchanan Premier Inn a couple of nights previous which was excellent. Would not recommend the Premier Inn Charing Cross very dated and unpleasant

  It is in a great location. It is a bit old and could use an update on the bathrooms and furniture. The beds are comfortable and the staff was friendly so I would stay here again.

  Good location right next to charing cross station. Its a 15 minute walk to the shops if you prefer. The hotel is on 12 floors so if you get near the top there are great views over the city. The room was cold but the electric heater in the room soon sorted this out. My only other small gripe is that the bed was two singles pushed together and not a double. The restaurant is good and generally quiet
