Excellent place!! Great location. Easy parking for 4.50 all night. Fantastic breakfast. Brilliant staff. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

In keeping with the rest of the street, this hotel was very elegant in appearance from the outside. Inside was no different, and my room was absolutely enormous. However, this made the tiny TV look even more ridiculous. Shower was very nice, and the bed very comfortable. Restaurant severely lacking in choice. I was advised no need to book, and with just 7 main courses to choose from, I could see why. Service, however, was excellent. No parking available. Plenty to choose from nearby. St Peters is closest, but it's locked overnight. I found a 24 hour one, for just 4.50 in Adelaide st, although if you have heavy bags, it's a ten minute walk away.

Great stay here, we had a very comfy room, and amenities were good. All staff very welcoming and and helpful. Our room had great view of pump Room garden's. We also had breakfast here which is although a little pricey you get loads for your money all great quality and tastes fresh.

What more can you ask for...? Decent sized, and comfy, bed, coffee and tea facilities, decent sized room, great breakfast (if you choose to pay for it), friendly and smiley staff, and the hotel is very well presented. I didnโ€™t pay for the room (paid by work), but I would say it is slightly more expensive than Iโ€™d expect to pay for a Premier Inn if it was for pleasure. Plenty to choose from at breakfast, and they will cook up something that isnโ€™t on the buffet if required. I think people expect too much from budget hotels, but I really cannot fault it.

A reasonable premier Inn but not in keeping with others we have been to. It is in a good central location but seemed pretty quiet. No parking was available so we had to find somewhere else to park. Check-In is automated and when we arrived the doors were locked. We were left stood outside for some time waiting for someone to attend. Also on our second morning there was no hot water until about 10am.
