  Great location bye the London Eye off the Queen’s Walk! They hold your luggage before and after your stay, with free restrooms! Affordable, clean and friendly staff. Comfortable bed with with standard linens. Room has a desk and chair, there is tea and coffee for the morning with milk and sugar and hair dryer. My complaint is that for a 2 person room there were only 2 towels, one per person, (not one for hair) and the wash was a combined shampoo and body soap. You could tell this is where they were saving money. My husband didn’t complain, but apparently their hair care wasn’t up to snuff for me, but still 5 stars :)

  Clean room, bed was comfortable, service was good and a fabulous central location. My minor complaints: toilet paper is not on a roll, apparently a new development from last time I was in London; no outlets in the bathroom; heavy bathroom door that won’t stay open; and a slippery bathtub (bath mat available downstairs, but to me should already be available). Overall a good place to stay.

  Great location, comfortable clean room. Would definitely stay again. Would not recommend the restaurant though. Breakfast items not so fresh. Kept too long in heating light and fruits in the fridge without being refreshed. Alot of nice restaurants around instead.

  Location is very central to London and great transport links with Waterloo and local bus stops. Room was nice was in a wheelchair accessible room so rather large for a premier in room. Very comfy bed. Very small TV. Shower was very poor, too weak, small spay and not powerful. Breakfast was fantastic all very fresh and all the staff were helpful and very friendly. Would recommend and would return.
