  Fast and efficient Check in, lovely guy on reception who put our room next to our friends. Room was great, good size and clean. Ladies on reception for check out were also lovely.

  ottimo, come tutti gli alberghi Premier Inn... camere nuove e pulite, personale gentilissimo, prezzi contenuti. buona anche la colazione, a buffet.

  It was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The rooms were cleaned to an acceptable standard though the dispensers could have been filled a little more. The stay was good as it was a short stay and very close to the shops like McDonald’s which was very useful especially after nights out! We was placed on the same floor as my other friends which was really nice of the staff to do so! Only complaint would be the thin walls, you could hear everything! Overall for a short weekend stay, it’s a great choice.

  The hotel is well located being 5 minutes walk from Manchester Oxford Road station and the Palace Theatre. The receptionist on duty when I arrived was helpful. My bedroom was spacious with a double bed, sofa and TV with Freeview channels. The bathroom was a good size and included a shower in the bath. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of cereals and porridge can be prepared if you want it. A very good cooked breakfast is available from the buffet. There is a selection of fruit juices to choose from and hot drinks are available from the self service machines. Toast was available but I did not try is as the porridge and cooked breakfast had satisfied my appetite. The breakfast is self service (apart from the porridge) but the staff in attendance were helpful and professional. You need your room card to use the lift and to access the first floor where the restaurant is so I would say it is a secure hotel.
