::Ate at the hotel. Waited 2 hours for a table but the waiter was very apologetic and brought us two free drinks. Waiter was knowledgeable and attentive.

::Staff were great in the bar and restaurant. Heating wasn't working properly in room. When we arrived they didn't have a room for us although I'd booked 12 days previously.

::As Premier Inns go, this was one of the best ones I've stayed in. The room was well decorated, clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and spacious. The staff were helpful, and the checking in / out process was done in under a minute. Location is good and just round the corner from Victoria Warehouse, and right next to Old Trafford. The Lowry outlet is just a short walk away also, where there are numerous places to eat out.
