  I travel at least twice a month with work and stay in lots of different hotels and the service is generally horrifically bad. However, The Premier Inn Trafford Centre North has excellent customer service! Oliver welcomed me this morning with a smile, showed me to my table, and made sure I was looked after. Again this evening, Eve the waitress who is only 3 days in to her new role, is friendly, and already has a good grasp on the new and fresh menu. I would highly recommend this restaurant and hotel. Also great meeting the mangers too! I look forward to returning soon. :-)

  As with all Premier Inns, the room was well presented and clean. Staff were friendly, and helpful with any queries. My only complaint was that breakfast service was rather slow. Location is good for the Trafford centre. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Debenhams end of the shopping centre. The road is busy, but there are pedestrian crossings. There is plenty parking on the hotel site.

  Great place to stay if heater that is built into wall does not work just ask a member of staff for another one that you plug in. Restaurant is also good. There is access from hotel and much more. The first few rooms are separated from the rest (1-20). The only thing is is that there is not always someone at reception in the evening

  We've stayed here two January's on a trot as it's cheap rates even on a Saturday and you can stroll across the road to the Trafford centre and hit the sales. Great location friendly staff and as always great value as it's a premier inn. You know what you're getting and it don't disappoint.

  Staff were very friendly, room was clean and got to the room with no hassle. The thing that let the place down was the problem with the bathroom door in our room. It closed fine, but the strike plate was not fitted correctly, so the door failed to lock. This caused numerous injuries and it was a disappointment to encounter an issue like this that hasn't been checked before the guests check in to the room. Food was good but some of the food lacked taste and tasted cheap in a way. Recommend this place but be aware that some things are not what you expect for a hotel.
