  Staff are excellent and better than many high end hotels I have stayed in. The hotel is very clean and beds very comfortable. Food and staff at the Beefeater are top notch. The only criticism I have is it was snowing outside, the heating was off in the room but it was still very warm. Opening the window lets in too much traffic noise to sleep. Suggest air conditioning to control the temperature better in winter and summer.

  Really helpful staff, Comfirtable and clean rooms. The meal deal arranged between Premier Inn and the Beefeater next door is excellent value.

  Great place to stay. Very comfy beds and clean modern rooms. Staff are very friendly. Plenty of places to eat close by and perfectly located for exploring South Wales. Very reasonably priced too!

  Good location. Free parking if staying at the hotel. Clean rooms. Ironing boards and Irons available on request. Meal deal available for an evening meal and breakfast for 24.99 at the beefeater across the car park. Overall satisfied.
