  Good value for money. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Only one downside is small parking. Would stay here again.

  The room was very clean and large but the reason for the low score is purely the parking it is so stupid 1)it is £8 a day for premier inn guests 2)it is £12 a day for non premier inn guests 3)the parking fees are very unclear as they are at tge bottom of the confirm page in very small print 4)the gate at the front of the car park does not work as you scan your ticket and 9/10 times the barrier wont come up so you press the help button and no one answers! So this is a great hotel but the parking needs serious improvement

  A great city centre chain hotel. Rooms clean and amenities as expected. Staff friendly, attentive and helpful. Excellent breakfast and good value for money. Beds are comfortable and rooms are of a decent size. Would stay here again.

  I wish I could give it more stars because the way they helped us out was out of this world. There's been a situation because of Megabus in which we had missed our bus back to Newcastle. We rang the hotel and explained what had happened and they had let us stay another 24 hours in the Costa Coffee seating area,allowed us to leave our luggage here whilst out and about,gave us a Coffee each in the morning. The manager has been great with us and also a big mention to Sam who stood out from all of the excellent staff here. Give that man a pay rise!! Onto our stay..... Beds were very comfy,rooms were clean,everything worked and the breakfast was delicious. We plan on coming back to Nottingham soon so we will definitely be booking this hotel again.

  Staff were lovely, the food & the room were both nice, only issue was that the bar closed earlier than we were told it does, and we wasn't told it was last orders it just closed without warning. Would stay again though & just have a drink somewhere else. Also the restaurant was very small so the wait for breakfast wasn't great. Manager was great & everyone was really friendly 😊
