  Standard Premier Inn so generally fine for the price. Friendly and helpful staff as always. However... - breakfast is served at the slightly shabby Beefeater Inn next door. You get the same basic breakfast option as at other Premier Inns although pretty bad coffee from a vat thing, and not as pleasant decor as many Premier Inns I’ve been to. - our room’s ventilation/aircon didn’t work properly so the room got incredibly stuffy. I guess we just got unlucky.

  A very good Premier Inn but quite pricey and we'll outside the City Centre. Very friendly staff, the next door Beefeater is always good for food and overall one of the better Premier Inns in terms of being up-to-date.

  Staff friendly and helpful. Common areas looking quite tired with stains on carpets and marks on walls. Parking a bit confusing and had to park a long way from reception. Room not as clean as used to with Premier Inns. There was dust on the floor in the corners, in the bathroom, and above the bed. The pillows were awful on the first night and asked for them to be changed on the second day. Not something that I have had to do before at PI. I think this hotel might be aimed more at business rather than leisure customers. It is in a predominantly business area. Well located. Taxi into town very reasonable. Quiet and no noise from corridors or other rooms. Overall, ok, but not up to PI’s usual very high standard.

  Bed is comfy. Check in is automated so that this nice. Can't really complain but I would probably choose to stay at holiday Inn next time. It's cheaper and there's an actual shower rather than one stuck in a bath.

  Standard PI offering with rooms across two separate building so check-in at reception first before working out where to park your car! Building left of reception has newer rooms with PI ''mood' lighting. Very quiet for external noise though soundproofing between rooms is poor. Standard all you can eat breakfast buffet. Beefeater restaurant on site which is where you eat breakfast is pleasant enough.
