Another quality premier Inn. Stayed here twice now and it is fine. However the diner has gone down hill slot. Not staffs fault they are fine but the food at night time is all blan and has no flavour. All 13 of us were dissatisfied with our meals.

Rooms standard pretty comfortable most Premier Inns have this great benefit of great nights sleep. Meeting rooms well equip and work on going to improve these services. However service levels were below average. Long waits at check in desk lack of genuine friendly service at dinner. On general - Customer service needs work.

Went on a dummy run for a future meeting held there. To find exactly where it was and how long the journey would take. Found there was a lot of building work going on , cutting down on the parking area and making the area rather muddy when it rained , which It did, The reception was adequate, had one person on duty, that was able to answer our questions. Went to look at the Conference rooms , quite nice, and not too large light refreshments were set up for the evening meetings. Looked clean and welcoming. !!

Been here before, this time I came with the family. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was nice and comfy. This breakfast was good to.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my wife and two kids in a family room, as the location was convenient for visiting friends in the area. The hotel looks to have been refurbished recently. The room was newly furnished, surprisingly spacious and very clean. Also very quiet at night despite staying at the weekend. As a no frills hotel a few things were missing like a mini fridge, but all the basics were fine. The hotel staff were very friendly and always helpful. We paid for the breakfast during our stay (kids eat free) and were quite satisfied with the quality for £9. We ate in the restaurant one evening too and mostly the food was fine though my wife did not enjoy her meal - the vegetables were quite overcooked and sloppy. Overalll though we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stop here again.
