  Lovely hotel. Really friendly staff, they coild not have been better. Room was very hot but there was a heat wave so that's probably not normal and the room had a fan which helped .

  I'm guessing it's a fairly new hotel as it has big TVs and a purple light behind the headboard. All good, as I'd expect from a Prem. Clean, tidy, well maintained. Really well acoustically insulated from adjoining rooms and nearby road noise. They've even got rid of their trademark noisy bathroom fan and installed a nearly silent extraction system. £3 to park overnight, which you pay at reception. The let down is going to be when it comes to summer. The only room cooling is a fan and an open window. Outside my window was a busy road and train track. Both pretty loud.

  Very reasonable price considering its a few minutes walk from central Watford. Decent sized and very clean rooms. Stayed for only a night but the room was perfect for that. Bathroom was spotless and towels were provided. Staff were very friendly and polite. Very professional. Parking in site that is cheap for anyone that has booked a stay.

  Whenever we visit London we always stay here. It is always clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. And it's in a great location - easy rail links into London and really close to the harry potter studio.

  As ever it was a great room, simple but perfect for a short night stay. I did get woken up a few times by clicking air conditioning, hence the 4 stars. Always happy to stay in premier inns and am a business account holder so will definitely stay again.
