  This was my first stay at a premier inn and I have to say I'm thoroughly impressed. The staff are polite and accommodating and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. My only issue is the location being so far outside York proper but as there is a bus stop just down the road that isn't an issue. All in all I'm very impressed and will definitely be coming back again.

  First of I'd like to thank the staff for being so helpful with our stay. We came for a wedding and I had booked for a night at the York North West instead of the south west, unfortunately I chose the saver rate and I didn't think I would get a refund, but the man at the desk managed to sort out a refund for the room and then boon us in for the night. Due to the location of the wedding, this premier Inn was the closest, and they did really well to sort out our problem. Safe to say I won't be making that same mistake again. The breakfast was incredible, it arrived piping hot and it was so tasty! Our room was so spacious and clean. I'd recommend to stay here.

  The staff at this premier inn went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was lovely. Thank you for making our stay so special.

  Great staff, we booked a family room for 4 of us. The room was ready when we arrived, all set up. The restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast with plenty of choice. Excellent value for money and a fab nights sleep. Wish I could take the bed home!!!
