  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Our landlord switched when he was not receiving our rent deposits - paid faithfully via standing order, PPM blamed us for this non-payment when it was them holding out on him. I am unsure they secure deposits properly as we had a letter it was not protected, luckily our new company chased and secured our deposit. They are rude on the phone Ann in particular, Cathy seemed nicer. They do not give clear and concise information and I am inclined to think they knew our landlord was keen to sell when we moved in, 1.5 years later and we have to move. Rude, untrustworthy, will not pay landlords properly. I sincerely hope they have completely shut down, if you happen to still be using their services move now before it is too late.

  Seemed OK to start with, but things started getting weird when the deposit protection company contacted us to say that our deposit was no longer covered as the letting agents membership had been cancelled. Contacted the agents to be told not to worry, they were simply transferring the membership into someone else's name. Ok, fair enough. This never happened. My deposit is safe, thankfully, as the deposit company are protecting it themselves (fingers crossed, anyway), but I fear I will have a long wait when I do try to get my deposit back as they will have to chase ppm for it, or claim on their insurance. Also, we know that the previous tenants deposit was never paid back as they got exactly the same letter, delivered to this address. As a side note, I've noticed a couple of five star ratings for this company from someone called Samuel. Anne Treneer's son is called Samuel....

  Used this company about 10 years ago and it seems nothing's changed! Best advice is don't give up! This company have a terrible teputation with the dispute service so you will get your money back. Ann treneer also sent me a letter threatening legal action if I did not remove my comments back then, however I question where she was getting her legal advice from as she cannot spell (e.g. "I have sort legal advice") it's sought Ann haha, and she claims the comments were slanderous which refers to the spoken word. She might have had a case for "libel" if she'd spoken to a professional 😂😂😂. She's a sad lonely con woman, completely unprofessional and has her demented old mother to do her dirty work, poor old soul. Don't give up everyone, and advise everyone to do the same. Took us almost a year! But we got every penny back

  Ripped off my deposit - £1000. Stealing innocent peoples deposits are unforgivable - Ann Treneer is now well known for ripping peoples deposits off even when tenant still in situ and the deposit isn't even in question. This lady is a con artist and I hope collectively all the people she has ripped off are able to take her to court and get their money back. She should be banned from ever being a company director again. This is not just bad management - it is systematic theft! If I could have put zero stars, I would!

  This company doesn't even deserve one star, but it wouldn't let me post until I added one. BEWARE TENANTS, do not cook anything, walk on carpets unless you have had a pedicure immediately prior or in fact breathe in any property you rent from them, as upon check out you will be required to redecorate the entire property. We rented the same property through them for 6 1/2 years and they make no allowance for reasonable wear and tear. You will also get numerous calls from your Landlord asking if there is a problem with rent as they do not pay your money to the owner promptly. We are now having to activate a dispute to recover our deposit. Hopefully this means they are having cash flow problems and will go out of business soon. Disgusted by the whole thing. ***UPDATE*** I have been contacted by Premier Property today asking me to remove this review. If I don't they have threatened me with legal action. I therefore would like to point out that the above review is just my opinion and based on my dealings with them over the last 6 1/2 years. My opinion worsens every time they email me!
