  Totally agree with Johnbhoywalton. Avoid James at all costs. Any work carried out will be well below standard, very much overpriced and the guarantee is worthless.

  Called James Miller from Prestige Roofing as I had a leak at my chimney. He came out that day and gave me the cheapest price I had been quoted. I couldn't have asked for a better finish or a more efficient job and they even worked the weekend at my request. 5 star review! Would highly recommend for any work needing done, thanks again.

  If I could give zero stars I would! Absolute cowboys, had an easy repair to do on my roof which they messed up. I have now been trying to get them out to look at it again and after explaining the problem to the "boss" James miller who assured me he would call me back in a few hours to arrange a date that they would come out & look at it.. (he never called me back) they are now avoiding my calls. AVOID! To sum up... Charged £450 to replace some felt on my roof which is now falling inside my loft space as they have not even fitted properly. Given 10 year "guarantee".. lucky if it lasted 10 weeks. Now won't answer calls or call me back after multiple voicemails left & speaking to one of the workers named John who agreed that the whole situation sounded dodgy. Oh and the five star review is a fake, the owner is James miller so he left that review himself.
