  Just went to get my earlobes pierced today, and everything was super smooth and professional. I felt I was really taken care of. When I forgot my aftercare instructions in the shop, they picked my call up immediately and let me know what to do and which products to get while I was in Boots. Overall very happy. A little tip: like their FB page for a 10% discount.

  Really good communication over email and on the phone. I went in to have a dermal implant removed. I was nervous but the piercer was really good at reassuring me and made quick work of it. No appointment was necessary.

  Went in for a simple lobe piercing and the guy doing the piercings was okay, but not overly friendly and seemed to just want to get it done as quick as possible. The piercing was fine and the process was okay - I did see him touch the curtain twice then handle the earring before the piercing without changing his gloves. He did change his gloves eventually and wipe things down but it seemed sloppy to me. Afterwards, there was no aftercare instructions given to us or talked through with us, and when we went to pay they insisted we pay a £2.50 surcharge to pay by card - which is illegal as of 13 January 2018. Additionally, they were using iZettle which charges only 1.9% so my £25 purchase should NOT be a £2.50 surcharge (though again, it is now illegal to apply surcharges to pay by card in the UK). He was rude about this, and between that (bad customer service) and the no aftercare discussion or instructions (neglectful professionalism), I really wouldn't recommend this place when there are SO MANY other places around with competitive prices and better customer service.

  Came in to get a helix piercing after 2 failed attempts (at a different piercer) and this one feels like a dream! I could tell from how smoothly the needle went in that this guy is a professional. Honestly have had no bleeding, redness or pain since I got it... unbelievable! Thank you! This is by far the most successful one I've had. Will definitely recommend and come back(:

  I went in to have my first ever piercing. It wasn’t the best idea to go in on an empty stomach and to have it be a septum piercing. The pain was negligible. I didn’t expect that. I almost fell to the ground feeling dizzy after seeing the piercing. I didn’t expect that more. The guy was super friendly, professional and courteous. He was super reassuring during the entire process. Amazing. I would definitely recommend the place 10 out of 10 times. I’m going in for more soon with perhaps more food in me.
