  Uneducated staff. When I went there they lost my record. They made me fill form again then they seen my NHS card. But yesterday I received a bill from nhs that I need to pay £159. Bcz they couldn't find my record.

  very bad service calling since 3 days.yesterday they told me call 9:00 am for emergency appointment but when i called they said they got no appointment she cut the phone of i tried 20 times same she's picking the phone n hanging up.
