  I have happily used Property Concept for letting my property for over 10 years. Recently they successfully sold our flat in Clifton and they were a pleasure to deal with. Professional, knowledgable, always on the end of the phone (no waiting for call backs or message taking) a really good team. Everything was conducted very smoothly and with care. I would highly recommend their services.

  Cannot recommend this company enough! The buying and selling process can be a truly daunting process. This is the only company who did not push referrals to affiliates! Shown nothing but patience, empathy and professionalism. Unique indepedant company who treat you as a human being!

  I used this agency to sell my house and I wouldn’t use them again. Here are my comments. The Good 1 The phone is always answered very quickly 2 The pricing was competitive 3 The service was personal everyone to know what was going on 4 The people are very nice The Bad 1 The photos of the house were really poor (no professional photographer used) 2 The description was terrible and I ended up rewriting it myself 3 The viewings we conducted by someone who worked in lettings and knew nothing about our house 4 They didn’t record details about the buyers mortgage offer 5 Viewings were booked in without even consulting us
