  Visited recently and the staff could not have been more polite or helpful. I was helped to the pavement with my bag as I left as I said thank you, I was told 'You are welcome madam, it is The Pullman Way. Old fashioned style and service in the modern day. I will return.

  Nice modern hotel. Restaurant is good for drinks to wind down the day. Great location between Kings Cross and Euston stations makes it great home base to explore the city.

  My daughter and I have just stayed here in room 912 for three nights. The hotel is amazing. The staff are fantastic. Breakfast in the hotel out of this world. The gym , my daughter tells me has magnificent views . I would highly recommend any one to stay at the Pullman. It was my birthday treat from my daughter and it had been the most wonderful time . The hotel is perfectly situated to go any where in London sightseeing. Just perfect if I could give it ten stars I would . Thank you so much for making my birthday do special x

  I'm writing this review after staying at another Pullman location. So, I can compare. I stayed at the Pullman St Pancras at the end of July 2017. The hotel is in a great location. One block from King's Cross: a major railway hub, with railway connections to any location in London (including London's Heathrow and Gatwick). All major Underground lines stop at King's Cross. The hotel is relatively modern, with a fashionable decor, in line with other Pullmans properties. The quality of service and housekeeping could be refined /enhanced to meet the standards of an upscale business hotel. (That said, and can be noticed reading other reviews and comments, - the management is open to feedback and continuously work to improve service and quality.) Overall, the hotel does meet the level expected from a high scale business hotel

  Excellent location and close to the Tube and bus stations. The service by Racquel at check-in was attentive. The rooms are spacious unlike most hotels in London. They have a small well-equipped gym but you must ask that they grant access with your room key (rather strange procedure as you would expect this to be automatic). The breakfast buffet is healthy and sumptuous and caters for all diets with coffee and tea as you like it. Almost everyone is friendly and helpful.
