  They have low quality beauticians there. I usually go to have my eyebrows (tint, wax) and eyelashes (tint) done with this one particular person there (Joanna) and I always make sure I schedule an appointment with her. She is quite good. But last time, even though I scheduled an appointment with Joanna, I ended up with a different beautician, who was not that great, below average in fact. First of all, after the procedure there was so much extra tint left on my skin around eyebrows, it was even embarrassing to go outside on the street. When I finally made it home and got off all that extra tint, I noticed that my eyebrows were not even shaped symmetrically and much more was waxed from one of the eyebrows. pretty disappointing experience.

  Booked a shellac manicure appointment, however upon arrival, there was a limited selection of colours, and the ones that they did have were old/unusable, thus limiting the options further. Plenty of other places in Covent garden competitively priced - I'd recommend avoiding at all costs.

  Have been doing LVL lash curling treatment with Joanna for a year now. The only place that gives me consistent results any time I walk out of the salon. Very professional and gentle. I am extremely satisfied with the treatment. The space is shared with a hair salon and you'll climb a steep set of stairs inside to get to a tiny room but it's comfortable and relaxing and I fall asleep ever time I have the treatment. Highly recommend it.

  I had my LVL lashes done here. This was the first time I had it done. I don't remember the name of the technician who did my lashes, but I loved the results. It has been 2 weeks since I've had it done, and my lashes are still amazing. My technician was friendly and professional. One thing I would have liked to change about my experience, however, was that I wish I had a talk through from the technician about the process, from how to prepare for the treatment to how to care for it afterwards. The technician was very knowledgeable when I asked, but I feel that this information should have been offered to me without me asking. Although, it could just have been me who was too eager to ask questions! I have just booked my second appointment to go back in a month's time :)

  Booked into Pure Synergie to get my Eyebrows waxed. Jo was fantastic - she was very professional and I left very pleased with the quality of the wax and the service. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.
