  Beware, Quality Hotel in Hampstead supports criminal activity and their guests are potential fraudsters and thefts! I had my card stolen and used to pay for a booking in this hotel, I contacted the hotel to help me to provide further information and cctv given I saw the transaction on my statement but they neglected to get back to me on several occasions until stating they have no recording anymore! This could be a valuable piece of information to the police and action fraud but they seem to be on the side of making business not caring whether the source of money is from including illegal activity!

  Good location, nice rooms and friendly staff. Shame the lift wasn't working during our stay.

  Excellent hotel, lovely clean room, staff are very welcoming knowledgeable and friendly. Only complaint is that the hot breakfast could be improved upon. Would definitely recommend this hotel, positioned well for getting about, and would definitely stay here again.

  The hotel staff were very nice. Giving me more help than I thought I'd get. It's easy to get to and from the underground since it's about a 5 minute walk from Finchley station. The rooms are clean and breakfast is delicious. I rather liked staying here for my vacation.
