The lost property office is an absolute joke. The man working there doesn’t have a shred of personality and is beyond rude. My elderly grandmother left her bag on a Scotrail train and the whole thing has been a farce. Had a phone call 3 months after she left it letting me know it had been found, returned the call only 18 days later to be repeatedly told ‘everything’s gone to charity’. No help whatsoever!

Just been in the ladies toilets here and they are a disgrace. Almost every cubicle is littered with toilet paper lying on floor. Just a general mess. Could here a male attendant talking on his phone in a room. To charge 30p for this is a joke. Complained to an attendant at the bottom whose only reply was they're usually cleaned regularly. Disgusting.

IN THE HEART OF THE CITY CENTRE. WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE BUS STATION AND CENTRAL TRAIN STATION. PUNCTUALITY OF TRAINS ARE IN THE 90% RANGE. ENJOY.

Only been here once. Looks like it could do with updating. Staff were very helpful and the departure boards were easy to find and read. Directions to each platform were also pretty clear. It can be incredibly busy at peak times!

The first electric trains have began work on the route between Glasgow and Edinburgh leading to faster services. From the outside the station looks a lot less appealing as it is getting a refurbishment. The front door entrance/exit is now not in use. To enter the station you must go via Dundas lane (West side of entrance, connects to Buchanan Street), or North Hanover Street (uphill street with footpath on left side, visible from the east side of george square) both of these are wheelchair accessible.
