  Really needs updating and not good for handicapped. Front desk .. Woman at day front desk extremely helpful.. remaining staff not so much. First room heater not working correctly first room very cold.. then hot. No phone in room. Night desk kept waking me up going back and forth to room next to me to "fix problem" Moved to another room. VERY COLD. They had to bring me an electric heater. Much smaller. Bathroom and bed light out. No desk light. Bathroom towel heater off no instructions and both room extremely small shower. I am 5' could manage Average person could not take shower.. I managed a small hotel in New Mexico, US and with this many problems I would have given some compensation for all the problems.. Not even offered. Gave letter of complaints to front desk on check out. This is the 4th hotel I have used in this area... Do not recommend.. Booked through Expedia.. could not comment on their site so commenting here.

  Hôtel bien situé à côté de Paddington. Calme. Chambre familiale correcte donnant sur la rue. Sanitaires pas très spacieux mais propres. Petit déjeuner copieux. Idéal pour un week end à Londres.

  비싼 런던 물가 고려했을 때 호텔 가격대비 위치대비 최고였습니다. 1인 숙박 장소로 추천합니다. 조식도 맛있었어요.

  I stayed here 8 times with over 300 students... perfect location for tourists. Breakfast is ok and prices are very resonable.

  Pokoje "w suterenie" małe, duszne i strasznie głośne w porze śniadania. Poza tym OK.
