  This is at least the third time I have had received flowers as gifts that were provided by Quintessentially. The others were birthdays and an anniversary. On the previous occasions the unsatisfactory flowers were replaced on the day. On this occasion I didn't get through - not that I tried hard, as I'm basically fed up with their unsatisfactory first deliveries. Some of the flowers were already losing their petals when delivered, and all the flowers were finished by Tuesday evening except for one peony that hasn't opened yet. I have now requested my family not to send flowers from this source. I suppose that the one star is for their general willigness to replace, and that the Viburnum berries and the unripe blackberry trimmings are still going strong.

  We ordered the Sweet Avalanche bouquet for a friend's birthday. The bouquet was quite breath-taking and our friend enjoyed the luxury arrangement for more than a week. Great delivery service too.
