  Great location. Excellent restaurant. Room was quiet... at the rear of the hotel, but rather dated and disappointing. However the staff were charming and helpful. Be prepared to carry your bags to the hotel.... overall a reasonable stay, and close to everywhere in London!

  I stayed here for one night on 24/02/2018 for my boyfriends 21st birthday. We was staying in a double king superior room and our stay could not have been better. Our room was beautiful, clean and very spacious with a great view of the London Eye from our window. The bed was very large and comfortable and the bath room was very clean. We had breakfast room service the next morning which came exactly on time and the food was delicious. All of the staff made our stay wonderful as they were lovely and was all wishing my boyfriend a happy birthday. They catered to our every need and made our stay perfect. I will definitely be back!

  Fantastic location in the heart of Leicester Square. Friendly and helpful staff who were able to get us a reservation in a great restaurant at short notice on a Saturday night. Room well presented.

  I got a free upgrade to a room overlooking the square. The view is really great and the location is amazing since it's so central. There are a lot of restaurants in walking distance and the tube is a short walk away. The room is very nice and clean and staff are very friendly. Will stay here again if I get a chance!

  Disappointment and rip off. People rating this hotel 5 stars probably either have very low standards, or paid for luxury rooms. The standard double rooms in this hotel are small and old-fashioned, barely deserve 3 stars. No jokes, it's like you're staying at your grandparents unrefurbished spare room, not a 5 star double room. Room layout is inconvenient (who puts the TV in the old cupboard on the side?), windows have no curtains so have to keep blinds down all the time, unless your window is facing the wall, like ours did. Double bed felt tiny, and we're not big people either! Room switch or upgrade unavailable because the hotel was fully booked. I am shocked how Radisson can sell this hotel as a 5 star, if it's only because of the central location then it's irrelevant to the hotel itself, and central location only guarantees noise 24/7. The only good thing about this hotel is the fact you can leave and they'd open the door for you.
