Rooms were clean, hotel staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Restaurant staff are why I am not putting four stars as they were not friendly or accommodating. Asked to sit in a booth and were instructed that management would not allow it so instead we sat in uncomfortable seats after travelling for hours. Dinner was okay and as was breakfast.

Spacious and well equipped double room. Were on 3rd floor on a Saturday night, not noisy. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Shower in bath a bit dated, toiletries excellent. Towels good. Very good buffet breakfast in spacious and bright dining area. Would recommend.

Great breakfast (especially the freshly squeezed orange juice!) and comfortable rooms. The hotel is really spacious.

Great location, has a walking distance to the city center, very friendly and responsive staff, the breakfast is outstanding! Fresh bakery items and many delicious and healthy choices. We stayed in a business class room and it was fairly good. The only downside was that they didn’t have a mini fridge in the room which was odd. I also expected a microwave cuz I needed to warm milk regularly for my toddler, but I know that microwaves are not a must in most hotel rooms but a fridge is indeed!! However we asked the staff for warm milk for a couple of nights and they didn’t charge us. Also had to use the phone to make national calls cuz the airline company lost out luggage and they didn’t charge us for that too because it was a necessity, which was very considerable approach. A little bit pricey for a small city like Belfast in a out-of-season time of the year but I guess their services compensate for that.

Excellent hotel, room is clean and has everything you expect and is finished to a good standard. All staff professional and helpful. Breakfast is buffet style and good quality, even if a little pricey. Very quiet. 10 mins from city centre and 25 mins from SSE arena. Would definitely recommend.
