::Very disappointed. I explained that I wanted my hair a little shorter but mainly layered and thinned significantly. I'm used this taking about 30 min but this hairdresser took 10 min to cut and spent about another 30 min drying and styling it. Having washed it myself it looks as though she's done nothing but chop the bottom off in a straight line and not layered it again at all. Frankly, it looks dreadful and I'm gong to need to go and get another cut somewhere else.
