  I've had some good haircuts here, but unfortunately I had a terrible haircut near the end of the working day when the stylist clearly couldn't be bothered. Her laziness during the half hour appointment is still affecting me 6 months later. My hair is long and it'll be well over a year before the fringe is long enough to blend in with the rest of my hair. I will never be back.

  I've used this salon for years, and I've never had anything other than a professional service that I would expect from any of the other Rainbow Room salons. Yes your cut and colour will take a little bit longer than it would take if you went to a salon with fully qualified hairdressers, but in my case the results have always been comparable. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and all under the guidance of senior members of staff. I would definitely recommend going here if you're looking for a professional service on a tight budget.
